Deadlines

Effective tax planning and compliance require timely submission of all necessary documents. Therefore, we kindly request that you submit all relevant tax documentation to our office no later than 21 days before the specified tax deadline. This timeframe allows us to review your documents thoroughly, address any potential issues, and submit accurate filings within the required timeframe.

Communicate Using Our System

We only respond to our established ways of communications. In order to avoid delays, use only approved methods of communication:

  • Secure FilePro for all tax information (W2 forms, tax returns, all documents containing SSN, date of births, addresses, etc)

  • QuickBooks Online portal for all bookkeeping and accounting information (bank statements, receipts, loan agreements etc)

  • Individual taxpayers who obtained an extension can file their tax returns by this date.
